Update, 3:40 p.m.: Fort Reno is happening.
“We have been gifted enough funds to close the gap for this summer’s session and to seed us a fund for the future,” organizer Amanda MacKaye announced on Fort Reno’s site today. The below lineup of invited bands is now confirmed, and an official schedule is forthcoming, according to MacKaye.

Good news of all sorts coming our way today: Queers can get married any damn place we please in these United States, and this year’s Fort Reno lineup (assuming Fort Reno shows happen this year, which is still in question) looks dope.
The schedule’s not up yet, but these are the bands who got an email from Amanda MacKaye about playing this year’s shows. I’ve contacted all of them, and some have confirmed; I’ve noted them with hand horns: \m/. As others get back to me, I’ll update this post.
Here’s hoping these bands actually get to hit the stage. If not, Kriston Capps and I have some ideas for branded, corporate-sponsored Fort Reno gigs.
