Washington City Paper Managing Editor Emily Q. Hazzard is currently in line at the Smithsonian’s Air and Space Museum to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It doesn’t start until 7 p.m. tonight. These are her dispatches:
*A note for ticket holders: Apparently, Air & Space Museum staff told ticket holders waiting in line that if they bought tickets to the 5:10 p.m. screening of D-Day: Normandy 1944 3D they would be able to remain in the theater until Star Wars to secure decent seats. After complaints, however, Air and Space Museum staff are no longer allowing Star Wars ticket holders to do that. They’ll be issuing full refunds to anyone who bought tickets to the 5:10 p.m. screening of D-Day: Normandy 1944 3D in hopes of scoring prime seats for Star Wars.
This isn't a paywall.
