I had the distinct pleasure of driving up Florida Ave. this morning behind a pair of Balls on a Truck (pictured). I can’t tell if these neon green beauties, which swung from the body of a Tennessee-licensed Ford F-250, are a Bumper Nuts product or a more advanced breed. Not pictured: The balls glowed red with the brake signal!
