Jessica Simpson never played Lilith Fair. Shame, really. Back when Simpson co-hosted the Nick and Jessica Variety Hour with then-husband Nick Lachey, the pair brought on Jewel to perform one of Simpson’s “favorite songs”: “Who Will Save Your Soul.” Seemingly unable to help herself, Simpson joins in to add her pouty bravado to the mix. I’m not too big of a fan of Jewel doing Jewel. But Jessica Simpson doing Jewel? Priceless.
