I know certain people breathe a deep sigh of relief whenever there’s good news about the market. So, here you go: Logan Park in Logan Circle and Kalorama Court in Adams Morgan are both sold out, according to an announcement made by sales group Urban Pace. The two projects were listed last December. Highlights from the press release follow:
Kalorama Court is comprised of 23 units which sold at prices ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.Logan Park’s 16 condo units sold at prices ranging from $300,000 to $550,000.The sales pace for these combined projects works out to 5 units per month.
