The Young Women’s Christian Association (otherwise known as the YWCA) will be moving into a new building at 111 K St. NE in NoMa, according to the Washington Business Journal. “The sale amounts to 9,400 square feet and puts the building at 60 percent committed. The Sierra Club and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators also have space under contract,” according to the article.
