Well, one part of it.

St. Elizabeths is not quite ready for the Department of Homeland Security. So DHS’s Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties has signed a five year lease with One NoMa Station, according to the Washington Business Journal.

More from the story: “With this lease, the building is now about 80 percent leased. The owner, Bristol Group Inc., previously signed DHS’ Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as tenants for the 412,000-square-foot former department store, located at 131 M St. NE.”
