Regular readers of Washington City Paper’‘s website definitely would have noticed some changes on our main page yesterday. That’s because February 19, 2009 was AVERAGE DAY. We had reporters dispatched all over the city covering nothing special in particular—-just people living their lives, doing what they always do.
I spent my morning with Carlos Iglesias, a local construction consultant. Together, we visited two condo projects yesterday. I just republished my series below on the blog, as you’ll see.
