Jennifer Myers, a real estate agent based out of Northeast D.C., is willing to, apparently, put her own cash on the line for her clients. According to her website, Myers will offer a “better than risk-free offer” to buy your house if you can’t sell it off before purchasing another one. “Your biggest dilemma when considering purchasing another home is deciding whether to buy first or sell first. Either way is risky. You don’t want to get stuck owning two homes or no home at all,” she writes. My question is: Has anyone ever taken her up on her offer? And if so, has she ever been forced follow through with a sale?
