Today, the Wall Street Journal is highlighting a 102-year-old Mt. Pleasant rowhouse in its “House of the Day” feature. I’m not sure it lives up to past selections like Florida’s “Dune House,” built into a hill, or a modern glassy structure in Nipropetrovsk Ukraine that is a billed as “a private residence or corporate retreat.” But, it’s pretty enough.

The house, located at 1760 Park Road, has undergone two serious renovations since the owner first occupied the place in 1995. The owner invested roughly $700,000 into house, and probably an additionally large sum on jugs and other ceramic wares, now spread throughout the kitchen.
