The West End Ritz-Carlton

Several addresses appear twice within the list of the top ten D.C. condo sales in the first quarter of this year. The Georgetown Ritz-Carlton had two sales (both big enough to make it to city’s overall top ten list). Logan Circle’s new building The Metropole—-located right across the street from P Street’s Whole Foods—-had two sales, coming in at $1.87 million and $1.69 million. The West End’s slightly less desirable Ritz counterpart also snagged three sales for $1.6 million, $1.9 million, and a $2.9 million penthouse. New building 22 West also scored a $3.33 million sale.
