Remember the post I put up yesterday about the Hubbard Place Apartments? Mayor Adrian Fenty, Ward 1 Councilmember Jim Graham, developers and others joined together yesterday to celebrate the $52 million renovation of a Columbia Heights building. From the looks of this photo, the ribbon—-or whatever that is—-presented a unique challenge. On the plus side, this photo is, by far, the best one circulating on dc.gov’s front page.
