Ex-Creative Loafing CEO Ben Eason doesn’t own much anymore. But his family still remains the proud landlord for CL’s Tampa office—-That is for the next two months.
With this morning’s ruling, Eason announced that he would start another alt-weekly shortly. His former Tampa newspaper is leaving its office by Oct. 31, according to the Daily Loaf.
Thankfully, Washington City Paper is not facing a similar fate. Our property was never Eason-owned. However last I checked, we were in the market for a new space.
