Several of Bernie Madoff’s other former properties are still on the market. But someone has snapped up his Montauk beach home, according to the Associated Press.

The place doesn’t boast too much square footage, but it apparently has great views and is closer to the ocean than zoning laws now allow.

The house listed for $8.75 million in early September, and several buyers pounced, bumping up the price tag, according to the story.
