It was only a matter of time: The low-cal, low-taste ice cream product chain Tasti D-Lite is coming to the District. Via this morning’s Capital Business—which is apparently subscriber-only, but still visible in reader form—local entrepreneur Ben Pascal has signed a 25-store development deal with the Tennessee-based company for the mid-Atlantic region. His first store will be in Maryland, but locations in Dupont Circle, K Street, and Georgetown are in the cards.
