I’m usually not one to flack for real estate agencies, but I must say that UrbanPace has a pretty good gimmick going on: A bike-mounted tour of new condo buildings in the hot neighborhoods of Northwest. Bikeability is a huge selling point these days, so it’s not surprising to see realtors getting on board (following the architects, who are starting to include Bikeshare in their renderings).
