According to Redfin, Arenas’ seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom mansion sold last week for $2.5 million. That’s a million shy of what Arenas was initially seeking in 2012. It’s also less than the $2,875,000 Arenas paid for the house in 2003, when he was playing for the Wizards.
