Last month, I reported that the old Washington City Paper headquarters on Adams Morgan’s Champlain Street NW, long slated for demolition to make way for a hotel, was finally being razed. Today, photographer Darrow Montgomery—-one of very few City Paper institutions more enduring than the paper’s home of 20 years—-brings us this photo of the building’s final demise.
RIP, WCP HQ.
