Got that? If you’re doing it right, you can maybe understand why this alley garage with no address (it’s listed as 0 21st St. NW) is on the market for $900,000.
According to the listing, the property is zoned R-5-B, which makes it eligible for moderate-density residential development, including apartments. The zoning also requires a rear yard of at least 15 feet, which could be something of a challenge in the middle of a Dupont Circle alley. But obstacles are just invitations to innovate, right?
