Over on City Desk, Loose Lips Mike DeBonis has contacted a few of Dimitri P. Mallios‘ former colleagues who praise the liquor lawyer as someone who knew “how to represent folks in the hospitality industry and represent them well.” Mallios, 77, died yesterday after a long battle with cancer.
