Brochures advertising José Andrés‘ new pop-up restaurant, America Eats Tavern, which opened on July 4 in the former Café Atlántico space in Penn Quarter, are emblazoned with a very slick-looking mug shot of the celebrated Spanish chef (blown-up above).
With that chiseled chin and melting stare, the dude kind of looks like the action film star Steven Seagal.
