Filter in Dupont Circle, City Paper‘s pick for “D.C.’s Best Coffeehouse 2011,” is planning to open a second location in Foggy Bottom. Owner Rasheed Jabr previously mentioned his intention to open “another location or two” in conversations with former Y&H contributor Michael Grass.
