Chipotle’s greatly anticipated spin-off ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen finally opens to the public from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, according to a rep for the restaurant. The fast casual-style eatery will be serving noodle and rice bowls, as well as banh mi, stuffed with spiced meats and vegetables, the sort of stuff “you might find at hawker stalls in Singapore, Bangkok or Hanoi,” the rep says. But you’ll only have to schlep over to Dupont Circle to try it. The restaurant is located at 1516 Connecticut Ave. NW.
