D.C.’s Sâuçá food truck is partnering with manufacturer Glutino to offer free gluten-free sandwiches today from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Farragut Square, located at the corner of K and 17th Streets NW. One original sandwich recipe available during the promotion comes courtesy of celebrated chef Todd Gray of Equinox and Watershed restaurants.
