Tickets go on sale, like, now, for next week’s guest chef session at Rogue 24. This time, it’s D.C.’s own José Andrés filling-in for proprietor R.J. Cooper, who is recovering from open-heart surgery. The James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding Chef” in 2011 is the fourth star substitute in a parade of top toques to take over for Cooper during his recovery. Spike Gjerde of Baltimore’s Woodberry Kitchen begins his own five-night guest stint at the Blagden Alley eatery on Tuesday. The following week, it’s Andrés’ turn. He’ll be joined in the open kitchen by his right-hand man, Rubén García. Tickets are $185 a pop with $10 from each purchase going to charity. Get yours here.
