Yes, it’s Wednesday, which means that chef Ryan Fichter is going wild again at Thunder Burger in Georgetown. This week’s gamey special: red wine-braised goat served over orzo pasta. Meanwhile, Urbana continues to fete its Facebook fans, with half-off quartinos at the bar.
