Y&H just received an email confirmation from Montserrat House that the planned Vietnamese pop-up “Pho U,” featuring the cooking of Toki Underground chef Thang Le, won’t go forward as scheduled this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Dining Bisnow reported its cancellation via Twitter on Tuesday. Toki, the popular H Street ramen house, was closed yesterday following the death of a staff member.

According to the email:

“Pho U” at Montserrat House has been postponed until further notice. Stay tuned for more information on when this event will be rescheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Toki Underground, meanwhile, will reopen tonight at 5 p.m.
