Tonight: Graffiato‘s Mike Isabella previews the fare for his forthcoming Mexican concept, Bandolero, with a pop-up event at the Living Social headquarters on F Street NW. If you don’t have tickets, you are way too late.  Folks looking to attend the evening’s other marquee pop-up event, the planned Vietnamese “Pho U” soiree at Montserrat House, are also out of luck. That dinner has been “postponed until further notice.”

Coming up: on Friday, Ceiba commemorates Brazilian Carnival and Watershed celebrates Mardi Gras. On Saturday, Elisir‘s Enzo Fargione teaches Tuscan cooking techniques. On Sunday, The Palm hosts a celebrity surf ‘n’ turf dinner for charity. And, on Monday afternoon, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace hosts a crawfish boil.
