Success! You're on the list.

One of the toughest reservations in town just got a little bit easier. Heavy emphasis on little bit. Chef José Andrés just announced that his six-seat, multi-course tasting restaurant Minibar (ranked No. 1 on Washington City’s Paper‘s list of “D.C.’s 44 Most Powerful Restaurants” because booking a reservation is harder than rescheduling a flight during a hurricane) is now open on Sundays. “People of America, your odds have gotten better!” the chef said on Twitter this morning. Call ahead to synchronize your watches with the house clock, then call again tomorrow at 10 a.m. sharp. Good luck!
