On the menu tonight: Chef Todd Gray is grilling oysters and cranking out crispy red cabbage spring rolls and Skipjack-sauced at Watershed’s Mardi Gras celebration. Tickets are $75. Those on the look out for some New Orleans tradition on a tighter budget have plenty of oyster specials to choose from. Also, Friday is bao night at Seasonal Pantry.
Coming up: conjure your own taste of Tuscany with Elisir Chef Enzo Fargione this Saturday. On Sunday, Room 11 serves up some green eggs and ham. And later that night, football fans won’t want to miss dinner at The Palm where Redskins linebacker Rocky McIntosh and other gridiron notables serve guests a three course meal for charity.
