The local fast-food joint with the quirkiest giveaways is at it again today. Anyone holding a valid government-issued I.D. showing a Feb. 29 birthday is entitled to four free meals (including burger, fries and drink) on Wednesday at Z-Burger. “Eat them all, share them with friends or save them for the next three birthdays you’re gonna miss out on,” according to a press release. Some area ground-beef freaks are already scrambling to find a good fake I.D. The deal is valid at either D.C. location in Tenleytown (4321 Wisconsin Ave. NW) or Southwest (1151 4th St SW). Both locations open at 10:30 a.m.
