Thunder Burger chef Ryan Fichter just keeps coming up with funky new ways to plate wild game. Over the past year, I’ve sampled beer-braised alligator ribs, kangaroo sliders and even python tom kai at Fichter’s beer-centric rock ‘n’ roll-themed burger joint in Georgetown. Coming up: On Thursday, veteran New York bartender Dale DeGroff talks cocktails at The Passenger. Agora, meanwhile, spotlights wines from the nation of Georgia.
