The new tapas joint in town has invited Spanish pork expert and master carver Francisco Carrasco to come help train the staff and educate customers on the fancy artisanal cured meat. The stuff normally costs $32 for a single ounce serving when you order from the menu. So here’s your chance to try it without shelling out the bucks. The free tasting is offered from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
