Over at the Post, Y&H alum Tim Carman gets the scoop on the shuttered Capital City Diner‘s new home: “The historic diner’s new owner is the same company, South Carolina-based Edens, that is developing part of the Capital City/Florida Avenue Market into the forthcoming farm- and chef-driven Union Market.” Reported purchase price: $40,000 on eBay. Exactly how Edens plans to use the shiny structure remains unclear.
