In his endless quest to quench your thirst for exotic beers, Birch & Barley/ChurchKey beer director Greg Engert tonight is showcasing an array of suds from Norway’s Nøgne Ø Brewery, paired with five courses of Nordic-inspired fare by chef Kyle Bailey. On the menu: beet-cured arctic char, pork-pumpernickel dumplings with grilled asparagus, and rosemary honey-roasted squab with potato-rutabaga purée and juniper-braised red cabbage. A selection of artisan cheeses and a seasonal dessert rounds out the meal. The price is $73 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
