Looks like Pho 14 in Columbia Heights is opening a second location at 1769 Columbia Rd. NW, according to permits in the owner’s name at that address. Manager Thanh Nguyen confirms to Y&H that the Vietnamese restaurant is in fact opening a new location in Adams Morgan in late summer or early fall. She says the restaurant will also be called Pho 14 and serve the same menu, possibly with a few additions. We’ll update you with more details as we get them.
