Radius Pizza is set to reopen under the new ownership of Matt and Lenka Culbertson tonight at 5 p.m.

But what ever happened to previous chef and owner Todd Wiss? He and his wife and partner Nicole Wiss went MIA after the restaurant closed in July and did not respond to Y&H’s calls and emails.

Well, Todd Wiss has resurfaced as chef de cuisine at Firefly, where he began working with executive chef Danny Bortnick just before the restaurant closed for renovations in September. The revamped Dupont eatery recently reopened with a new look, new mixologist, and expanded bar menu. Wiss is responsible for creating a significant portion of those new bar menu items as well as daily specials. Here are some of the items he’s cooking up:

FIREFLY BAR MENU

Deviled Eggs with smoked paprika, caper powder and garlic chips ($6)

Devils on Horseback dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in bacon ($8)

Beef Tartare quail egg, black pepper & sea salt potato chips ($15)

Pimento Cheese Fritters with green tomato jam and bacon marmalade ($12)

Pork Rillettes with cardamom apple sauce and grilled baguette ($11)

Firefly Pickled Vegetable Jar ($7)

Oxtail Sliders with sauerkraut and horseradish aioli ($11)

Roasted Pumpkin Hummus with grilled whole wheat pita ($10)
