Not to be outdone by the Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken pop-ups at Chinatown Coffee Co., competing fried chicken and doughnut spot GBD is popping up twice this month.

The Neighborhood Restaurant Group eatery, opening in Dupont Circle next month, will set up shop in Logan Circle’s Birch & Barley on Feb. 15 and 22, beginning at 11 a.m. The pop-up will offer fried chicken lunch boxes ($8) with a drumstick and thigh or four chicken “tendies”—plus a seasonal side, creme fraiche biscuit, and choice of two house-made sauces. You’ll also get a chance to try pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac‘s doughnuts ($8 for four), including boozy butterscotch and bacon, Snicker’s, grapefruit-Campari Old-Fashioned, and apple fritter.
