Dolcezza opens its newest location in Merrifield’s Mosaic District tomorrow and will be giving away free mini cones from 2 to 5 p.m. This is the fourth outpost for the gelato shop, which also has locations in Dupont, Georgetown, and Bethesda.
Exclusive to the new location is Virginia peanut butter stracciatella, which is made with Virginia peanuts that Dolcezza grinds into a homemade peanut butter. It’s $5 for a small, $6.15 for a large, and $10.50 for a pint.
While you’re out there, grab a hoagie at Taylor Gourmet; it opened a location in the Mosaic District last week.
