After seven and half years at Cafe Saint-Ex, chef Billy Klein is moving on. He tells Y&H he’s interviewing with prospective employers in the D.C. area and his last day is Saturday. Executive sous chef Jesse Miller will take his place.

“It’s been a wonderful 7 1/2 years being part of the saint ex/pilar family,” Klein writes Y&H via email. “I’m excited to move on to the next phase of my career, looking for the opportunity to continue bringing the highest quality local foods to the table in an approachable setting… I’ll be working the line all day and night offering some of my favorite things as a supplementary farewell menu.”
