Sandwich destinations are appearing every which way—from downtown’s Bub and Pop’s to the ever-expanding Taylor Gourmet to Mike Isabella‘s forthcoming Italian spot G.
Which Wich Superior Sandwiches is the latest.
The national chain officially opened its Ballston location today with 50 varieties of “wiches” and more than 60 toppings with various other customized factors (toasted, double meat, size, etc). In case you were wondering, Which Wich claims there are approximately 56 trillion possible combinations. You can even have a sandwich without bread: It’s called a “Bowlwich” (or as we like to call it: a bowl) and comes on a bed of shredded lettuce.
Among the more gut-busting options is “The Wicked” with five meats (turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, bacon) and a choice of three cheeses. Nonsandwich options include chips, cookies, and shakes. Don’t worry, there are only six flavors of shakes to choose from.
