Looks like you’ll have to wait several months for your next jamon and queso flauta fix. José Andrés‘ food truck Pepe is going into hibernation for the winter, beginning today. After some maintenance and research and development, it will be back next spring.

According to its Facebook page, Pepe will still be available for private catering events. (Just email events@pepethefoodtruck.com.)
