Roofers Union, the new Adams Morgan restaurant from the team at Ripple, isn’t set to open until the end of the month. But you can get a sneak peek at chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley‘s menu on Jan. 22 and 23 at Ripple.

The $25 three-course prix fixe menu will include a choice of snacks like crispy pig ear or fried Brussels sprouts; entrees ranging from smokey andouille corn dog with whiz to merguez sausage with mint, oranges, and harissa; plus dessert options of Boston creme layer cake or pretzel hot fudge sundae. The price also includes a 3 Stars beer.

Ripple will also offer some of Roofers Union’s cocktails from bar manager Josh Fatemi, who previously worked at Bourbon and Pearl Dive Oyster Palace/Black Jack.

And if you don’t want the prix fixe, Ripple will concurrently offer its regular menu, too.
