No longer do you have to head to Metro Center to try one of Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken‘s famous crème brûlée doughnuts. The carryout shop launches a food truck today serving Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee and doughnuts. (Sorry, no fried chicken.) The truck will roam just in Arlington to start but plans to eventually expand to D.C. Follow the truck’s exact locations on Twitter at @astrodoughnuts. Today’s flavors include crème brûlée, maple bacon, PB&J, vanilla, Turtle (peanuts, caramel and chocolate), cinnamon, Brooklyn Blackout, and Boston Cream.
