Iron Horse Taproom doesn’t usually serve any food except chips. But tomorrow, you’ll be able to get some legit food at the Penn Quarter bar. Bonus: It’s free. Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley, of new Adams Morgan restaurant Roofers Union and Cleveland Park’s Ripple, will serve complementary brats, coleslaw, and skewers from 9 to 11 p.m. The bar will also serve beer and a specialty cocktails (sorry, those aren’t free) to pair with the snacks.
And in other Roofers Union news, the restaurant will open its roof deck this weekend. Fingers crossed for no more snow.
