Michael A. Brown just can’t catch a break. The At-Large Independent member of the D.C. Council has to deal with D.C. Shadow Sen. Michael D. Brown running in the Democratic primary for a council seat, confusing voters in the process. Brown has also been slammed for his poor attendance record as an alternate member of the Metro Board of Directors.
