If you are one of the four people waiting today for Ward 5 Councilmember Harry Thomas Jr.’s response to the civil suit filed against him by Attorney General Irv Nathan (you know, the one that accuses Thomas of stealing city money earmarked for youth baseball and buying himself an Audi) you’ll have to wait until Friday, The Washington Times reports.

The response was technically due today, but it’s not unheard of for these types of things to be a few days late. Nathan filed his lawsuit exactly six weeks ago today.
