Turns out D.C. Council Chairman Kwame “Fully Loaded” Brown will not cede the last word in his ongoing tift with Mayor Vince Gray over whether to tax the interest earned on out-of-state municipal bonds or increase taxes on the wealthy.
“Mayor Gray, you and I disagree on the reasons for your pocket veto,” wrote Brown, in a letter he sent to the mayor today.
Unlike the mayor, Brown didn’t follow up with six more pages of specifics explaining why the two disagree.
