It’s been nearly a year since LL launched Councilgram, the Instagram account that chronicles councilmembers parking illegally. Since then, Councilgram has earned a mention in Ward 3 councilmember Mary Cheh‘s joke budget, but it hasn’t convinced councilmembers to end their scofflaw ways.

Councilmembers are allowed to break most parking laws in the course of their duties, as At-Large Councilmember David Grosso‘s office pointed out to LL when he checked to confirm that the car below belonged to him. But there’s no law against taking a pic when you see a councilmember’s illegal parking job and sending it to LL.
