D.C.’s online booze delivery services got off to a rocky start this summer when the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board issued a cease and desist to some vendors for illegally selling alcohol in the District without a license. But the liquor board created new guidelines in August that allow these service to operate in D.C. That means drinking at home just got lazier. So if you forget to buy wine for dinner or run out of tequila in the middle of a party and are too drunk to walk to the liquor store, these services can help you out.
